Non-Litigation/Consultancy/Opinion Work

At Wazirzada Law Associates, our billing methodology for non-litigation services, including legislative drafting, opinion/consultancy work, and other non-litigation matters, is primarily time-based. We ensure that our clients receive dedicated attention and comprehensive support tailored to their specific needs in these areas.

Litigation Work

For litigation matters, including arbitration, mediation, and related proceedings, we offer transparent and competitive pricing. As each case varies in complexity, workload, and the specific forum or court (original or appellate) in which it is pending, we provide customized fee quotations based on these factors. In certain instances where multiple cases involve identical nature and complete overlap, we can explore package deals and agree upon reduced fees per case.

Retainer

We also offer a retainer option, which allows clients to secure ongoing legal advice and representation. The retainer is a fixed monthly fee that reflects the value of our services and the opportunity cost associated with declining work from competitors or adversaries. As part of our commitment to maximizing client benefits, we provide up to ten (10) hours of professional services per month, without additional compensation. This arrangement allows clients to access timely legal guidance for their business operations and day-to-day affairs.

Miscellaneous Expenses

At Wazirzada Law Associates, we maintain transparency in our billing practices. Miscellaneous expenses, such as disbursements related to litigation or non-litigation work, including travel, lodging, faxes, telephone, internet, printing, photocopying, and other necessary expenses, are charged independently. Normally, these expenses are billed at actualities. However, in certain cases, fixed pre-estimated charges may be invoiced with mutual consent to provide clarity and ease of budgeting.
