Non-Litigation, Consultancy & Opinion Work

In litigation and dispute resolution—including arbitration and mediation—we offer customized and competitive pricing based on the complexity, duration, and forum (original or appellate) in which the matter is being pursued.
Each case is evaluated individually, and fee proposals are shared accordingly. In situations where multiple cases involve substantially similar facts or issues, we offer consolidated billing arrangements or reduced per-case rates, depending on the overlap. This flexibility allows clients to benefit from cost-effective representation without compromising on quality.

Retainer Arrangements
For clients seeking ongoing legal support, we offer retainer agreements. This arrangement provides clients with prioritized access to legal services for a fixed monthly fee, which reflects the value of reserved availability and the opportunity cost of declining conflicting engagements.
Under our standard retainer model, clients receive up to ten (10) hours of legal services per month at no additional charge. This framework is ideal for businesses and institutions that require regular legal consultation across a range of operational and regulatory matters.
Miscellaneous Expenses
We are committed to maintaining full transparency in all billing practices. Any out-of-pocket expenses incurred in the course of representing a client such as travel, lodging, court-related disbursements, communications, printing, or other logistical costs are billed separately at actual cost.
In certain circumstances, we may agree upon pre-estimated fixed expense packages with the client’s prior consent, enabling more accurate financial planning and budget control.
